raised for food.SummaryMaintains, services, and performs repairs on
equipment in order to ensure proper operation of production
equipment and electrical systems. Must not have exposure to poultry
or birds outside of work.This position has a target wage of $22.00
- $27.00 per hour and is eligible for comprehensive
benefits.Schedule: Tuesday - Friday with occasional Mondays 6:00 AM

Duties & ResponsibilitiesRead, interpret,and
understandmanufacturers' equipment manuals, preventative (PM) task
sheets, and safety policiesPerformequipment adjustments and
repairs, preventative maintenance,and emergency breakdown
repairsPerformspecific duties during both production and
non-production hours in a timely mannerMonitorperformance of
equipment and informmaintenance and production supervisors of
potential issuesMaintainlog books by applying math skills through
the equipment PM stages in order to calibrate machinery to
performance standardsAdhere to all safety rules including PPE,
preventing and reporting unsafe acts and conditions, Lockout-Tagout
procedures and Process Safety Management related mattersMust not
have exposure to poultry or birds outside of workMinimum
EducationHigh School or equivalentExperience Requirements1-3
yearsexperience in maintenanceReading, writing and analytical
skills are requiredGood mechanical abilityBasic understanding of AC
and DC electrical systemsEnvironmental Factors and Physical
RequirementsPosition is active with routine on the floor activities
such as troubleshooting and re-design of existing systemsMust be
able to obtain company certification for use of pallet jack,
scissor lift, and forkliftMay need to move equipment
occasionallyMay need to access files, supplies, and
equipmentOccasional exposure to outside ambient
temperaturesExposure to temperatures ranging from 55- 105
degreesHumidity up to 100%Work in wet, damp, dusty (chicken down)
