Patient population includes cardiac and thoracic surgery patients, vascular, heart and lung transplants, MCS, VV, ECLS, and TAVR.PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIESProvides Human Resources support hiring staff, development of performance standardsDemonstrates excellent customer service that ensures patients and family members are attended to in a professional manner.Supports hospital mission and objectivesMonitors high standards/care practice by teamREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSMasters degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration or related field, or enrolled in a Masters program. At least two years formal supervisory leadership experience in ICU services preferably cardiothoracic, cardiac ICU.
