Team members say the variety of services and unexpected challenges keeps the job exciting and fresh.Find that the highly collaborative nature of this team helps them to be productive and to demonstrate their strengths every dayResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver consulting services with an emphasis on quality, efficiency and effectivenessClearly communicate and explain difficult technical concepts and deployment approachesCollaborate on the development of value-add programs to drive customer feature adoptionKeep current with industry practices in PlanningServe as the consultant and Engagement Manager to deliver services that include:Review & Configure: 10 or 25 hour 60 day projects for the customer to use as they see fit.Office Hours: Hands off guidance and advice service delivered as appointmentsAsk the Experts: Part of Workday Success Plans where customers can ask questions every week, for Planning we treat these similar to Office HoursAd-Hoc Services: Depending on work load we often take on ad-hoc projects that meet the spirit of advisoryAbout YouBasic Qualifications for a Senior Customer Enablement Consultant5+ years of functional experience in Workday Adaptive Planning software solutions or systems5+ years Consulting experienceBasic Qualifications for a Customer Enablement Consultant3+ years of functional experience in Workday Adaptive Planning software solutions or systems2+ years Consulting experience OR experience as an Adaptive Admin at multiple companiesOther QualificationsDemonstrates a solid grasp of Planning related systems and processes.
