Job Description:
The didg?--lic Wellness Center is seeking a Revenue Cycle
Manager to join our team. We are an integrated care clinic that
combines primary care, behavioral health, and opiate treatment. In
this role you will be responsible for overseeing and planning
department goals; patient accounts receivables; cash budgets and
forecasts; timely billing and collections; and audits. accuracy and
compliance. This role is essential to our organization as it
ensures we are maximizing revenue and reimbursement through the
coding and claims submission processes. If you feel you meet most

Provides leadership to billing office personnel, which includes
work allocation, training, and problem resolution; evaluates
performance and makes recommendations for personnel actions;
motivates employees to achieve efficient performance. --- Oversees
the operations of the Billing and Administrative Support
Departments: encompassing medical coding, charge entry, claims
submissions, payment posting, accounts receivable follow-up, all
patient registrar processes, and reimbursement management. ---
Plans and directs patient insurance and personal documentation,
workload coding, billing and collections, and data processing to
ensure accurate billing and efficient account collection. ---
Analyze billing and claims for accuracy and completeness; submit
claims to proper insurance entities and follow up on any issues.
--- Prepares and analyzes accounts receivable reports, weekly and
monthly financial reports, and insurance contracts in concert with
the Practice Administrator. Collects and compiles accurate
statistical reports. --- Audits current procedures to monitor and
improve efficiency of admission, billing and collections
operations. --- Reviews and interprets operational data to assess
need for procedural revisions and enhancements; participates in the
design and implementation of specific systems to enhance revenue
and operating efficiency. --- Keep up to date with carrier rule
changes, current coding and billing regulations and compliance
requirements. --- Maintains library of information/tools related to
documentation guidelines and coding. --- Obtain and maintain
certification as a Tribal Assister through the Washington Health
Plan Finder. Qualifications: --- 7 years of experience with Medical
Insurance Billing. --- 5 years of management experience. ---
Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, business administration,
or another related field. --- Proficient in MS Office Suite to
include Excel. --- Experience with medical billing, collections and
payment posting, revenue cycle, third party payers, Medicare;
strong knowledge of Washington and Federal payer regulations. ---
Possess excellent negotiation skills, including the tact required
for securing payment or discussing patient's finances, and enjoy
working in a health care setting. --- Experience with Epic EHR a
plus. --- Tribal Experience a plus --- Ability to work in a
cross-cultural environment. --- Ability to pass extensive
background check, pre-employment drug screening, and provide proof
of Covid vaccination
