SummaryBe a problem solver, trusted advisor, and partner to the
people and businesses in our Key Bank communities. The Private
Client Banker (PCB) is part of the Key Private Client Program and
will focus on the entire client relationship with a plan-based
approach to financial advice. As a PCB, you will deliver and refer
appropriate financial solutions to KeyBank's client base with up to
$2M in investable assets. The PCB helps new and existing clients
achieve confidence in their financial wellness by assessing their
financial needs, gathering and documenting client data, and
offering appropriate products and services. PCBs identify products
and services to meet client needs and refer to appropriate sales
professionals in Retail, Key Investment Services, Private Bank,

ResponsibilitiesEmbodies a strong client experience culture, being

financially.Listen for clues for financial wellness opportunities
during client conversations and provide effective and customized
financial wellness recommendations to clients; Delivers on client
solutions through referring of investment and insurance
productsConsistently attains individual activity, behavior, and
outcome expectations.Builds a client referral pipeline via
identification and development of internal and external centers of
influence; Employs a disciplined approach to prospecting; documents
calling efforts.Develops and maintains an in-depth knowledge of
private client products and services, as well as knowledge of
competitive products and services to ensure meaningful in-depth
financial wellness conversations with clientsOpening personal and
business accounts (consumer checking, small business, various
deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, certificates of
deposit, etc.).Developing strong partnerships with branch teammates
and line of business partners - focusing on client acquisition and
deepening the relationship of current clients; effectively managing
internal and external centers of influence.Ensuring compliance with
operational, risk, security and audit procedures and policies
including appropriate documentation of client interactions.Support
of branch operations including assisting with client transactions
on the Teller line as needed.Participate in and occasionally
facilitate morning huddles and end of day debriefsPerforms other
duties as assigned; duties, responsibilities and/or activities may
change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without
noticeComplies with all KeyBank policies and procedures, including
without limitation, acting professionally at all times, conducting
business ethically, avoiding conflicts of interest, and acting in
the best interests of Key's clients and Key.Education
QualificationsHigh School Diploma , GED, or equivalent experience
(required) orBachelor's Degree (preferred)Experience
QualificationsExperience in developing current and new customer
relationships, achieving sales goals and building referral sources
in insurance and investment products. (required)Foundational
knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including
tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting and networking.
(required)Comfortable interacting with small business clients,
overcoming objection, and asking fact-finding questions with the
goal of being helpful. (preferred)Interpersonal interaction skills
and an ability to build rapport in matter of minutes is vital.
(required)Demonstrated experience with influencing business
partners and leveraging centers of influence, as this role will
require significant influence of partners such as Key Investment
Services, Mortgage and Business Banking sales professionals.
(required)Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office Products
including Word, Excel, etc.). (required)Working knowledge of
digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) and ability
to educate clients on digital platforms and capabilities within Key

of up to 30 lbs.Driving RequirementsAbility to routinely and
frequently operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver's
license.COMPENSATION AND BENEFITSThis position is eligible to earn
a base hourly rate in the range of $25 to $32 per hour depending on
location and job-related factors such as level of experience.
Compensation for this role also includes short-term incentive
compensation subject to individual and company performance.Please
