us.What you will be doing
- Meet daily with project crews to review production schedules
and confirm all materials, equipment, and resources are available
to maintain schedule and budget.
- Audit, analyze, and report environmental performance to
internal and external clients and regulatory bodies.
- Work with the construction team to advise on avoiding and
minimizing adverse environmental effects.
- Conduct impact assessments to identify, evaluate, and reduce
environmental risks and financial costs.
- Collect, coordinate, and analyze shop drawings, design
specifications, material requirements, and project data to ensure
quality and compliance.
- Provide technical input for project work plans and schedules,
identifying risks that could impact budget or schedule.
- Evaluate daily production, schedule, and budget projections to
track project performance; document activities using approved
methods and technologies.
- Manage project costs by accurately inputting quantities and
controlling costs with project coding, coordinating with finance
teams.
- Review and approve daily timecards for all construction crews;
collaborate with payroll and supervisors to resolve inquiries.
- Review project specifications for quality assurance throughout
the project lifecycle; manage certificates, inspections, and
documentation.
- Coordinate field layouts, utility markings, and permits before
work begins, ensuring safety and compliance.
- Assist in developing design drawings and provide technical
input as needed.
- Coordinate subcontractor work methods, schedules, and
crews.What we are looking for
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- At least 1 year of construction engineering experience.
- Current CESCL certification or ability to obtain.
- Ability to support geotechnical monitoring, including on-site
readings.
- Basic knowledge of construction equipment, techniques,
drawings, specifications, and standards.
- Effective communication and responsibility-taking
abilities.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced
environment.
- Knowledge of construction scheduling and production management
