Seattle, WA Direct Counsel is seeking a Tax Associate with 2 years
of income tax experience to join the Tax and Benefits Group at a
highly regarded firm in Portland. This associate will collaborate
with a successful, dynamic team on impactful projects and have
access to a full-service bi-coastal platform, supporting both
client service and business development. This role offers the
opportunity to counsel clients on complex state and federal tax
matters, including structuring sophisticated transactions across
various industries. The position is ideal for a candidate seeking a

JD from an ABA-accredited law school and active law license LL.M.
in Tax 2 years of income tax experience Strong academic background,
with exceptional analytical and writing skills Client-service

individual responsibilities Leadership and management opportunities
for motivated candidates Compensation: The salary range for this
role is $175,000 to $235,000, with adjustments based on experience,
