We need someone that has an upbeat personality, lots of energy and great customer service skills. Your responsibilities will include answering phones, screen and direct calls. Take and relay messages. Greet people and direct them to correct destinations. Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of the office. General administrative and clerical support. Prepare and distribute correspondence. Receive and sort mail and deliveries. Schedule appointments. Organize meetings, tidy and maintain front office area.
