Job Description:

Manpower is seeking a dynamic and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance operations within our Food & Beverage sector. This vital role ensures that our production facilities run efficiently and safely, meeting both our high standards and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in managing diverse teams and streamlining processes, contributing directly to the overall success and sustainability of our operations. Develop and implement maintenance strategies, plans, and procedures focusing on preventive maintenance and energy efficiency. Oversee the installation, repair, and upkeep of property including machines, mechanical systems, buildings, and other structures. Lead, train, and manage maintenance personnel and evaluate their performance to ensure a high standard of work. Liaise with other departments to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and to support the production agenda. Prepare and control the annual maintenance budget and ensure cost-effectiveness in all maintenance activities. Monitor equipment and systems to ensure optimal operation and reduction of downtime. Stay informed on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in maintenance management. Strong leadership and decision-making skills Excellent problem-solving and time management skills Proficient in maintenance management systems and predictive maintenance techniques Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems within the food and beverage industry Ability to manage budgets and control costs Effective communication and interpersonal skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM) Certified Reliability Leader (CRL) OSHA Safety Certification is advantageous
