Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This
full-time contract opportunity is ideal for a skilled
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) ready to make a meaningful impact
in a K-12 school setting. Located in Maple Valley, WA, this
position offers the chance to support students from kindergarten
through 12th grade during a comprehensive contract school year
(CSY). There are two maternity leave coverage positions available:
- Immediate start through June 17th - Start beginning of May
through June 17th Key Responsibilities: - Provide assessment,
diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication
disorders - Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other
professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) -
Document student progress and maintain accurate records - Support
students in achieving communication goals within academic and
social environments Qualifications and Desired Experience: - Valid
state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist -
Experience working with K-12 students in a school setting - Strong
knowledge of speech and language development, disorders, and
intervention strategies - Excellent interpersonal and communication
skills - Ability to work independently as well as within
interdisciplinary teams Location: - Maple Valley, WA This contract
