Location: Our Lady of Fatima, Seattle Our Lady of Fatima School,
located in the Magnolia neighborhood of Seattle, has been serving
our community since 1954. The school is rooted in its values of
love, community, faith, stewardship, and joy, and serves 290
students from preschool through 8th grade. OLF is committed to
attracting and retaining outstanding faculty candidates. OLF is
seeking elementary teacher to join our faculty of committed,
faith-filled, and collaborative educators. This is a full-time
position. There may be opportunities for professional development
during the summer for interested candidates. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree is required Candidate should have or be eligible
for a Washington State Teaching Credential The ideal candidate
will: Develop the critical thinking and problem-solving skills of
young learners through multiple lenses Promote an equitable and
inclusive classroom, employing strategies for enrichment and
intervention Differentiate instruction informed by various data to
meet the needs of and celebrate a diverse learning community Engage
students in meaningful and authentic learning experiences Embrace
the opportunity to integrate technology into student learning Stoke
a keen desire in students to participate in service
learning/missionary discipleship opportunities Possess a

Compensation: $61, 678 - $104, 950 range: Any offered salary is
determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market
data, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, degrees,
and certifications. Benefits: A comprehensive package of benefits
