experienced Senior Survey Research Specialist to join our team in
Seattle, WA or North Charleston, SC . We are seeking a
detail-oriented and organized individual to lead survey research
data collection, operations, analysis and results delivery,
ensuring the smooth execution of our initiatives. The Survey
Research Specialist will lead survey research execution and
operations, including the management of survey implementation, data
collection, analysis, and dashboard administration. This role
involves defining project scope, developing timelines, managing
resources, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards. The
specialist will also analyze complex survey data sets and generate
actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making.
Additionally, the specialist will provide training and support to
colleagues on using the survey research platform, troubleshoot
technical issues related to survey deployment and data collection,
and manage escalations related to survey operations. The ideal
candidate will have extensive technical experience using survey
research platforms (Qualtrics) and evaluating surveys to ensure
methodological rigor and adherence to survey governance standards,
including legal, ethical, and organizational guidelines. Position
Responsibilities: Leads the execution of enterprise and ad hoc
research surveys using the survey research platform (Qualtrics)
Partners with cross-functional stakeholders and manages project
plans to ensure alignment, coordination, and timely execution
through survey design, deployment, analysis, and reporting
Generates detailed, executive-ready reports that communicate key
survey insights clearly, leveraging analytic tools (R, Python) to
ensure accuracy, consistency, and scalability Improves the survey
platform user experience and manages the survey research lifecycle,
including survey planning, testing, deployment, data collection,
and dashboard access Develops and maintains interactive dashboards
for effective survey data visualization and decision-making Manages
the organization’s hierarchy within the survey platform for
up-to-date and optimal data reporting capabilities Oversees data
collection operations, ensuring timely delivery of results from
all-employee surveys, and monitors survey progress by providing
regular updates and addressing any issues Collaborates with
cross-functional teams to define survey requirements and
objectives, maintain project timelines, and coordinate stakeholder
feedback to adjust survey instruments as needed Engages in weekly
meetings with our Qualtrics Technical Account Manager to discuss
ongoing survey projects, addresses technical challenges, and
gathers insights to enhance survey execution and platform
utilization Analyzes survey data and generate actionable reports to
support strategic decision-making, while maintaining survey
databases and documentation to ensure data integrity and compliance
Provides training and support to colleagues on using the survey
research platform, troubleshoot technical issues related to survey
deployment and data collection, and manage escalations related to
survey operations Tracks and maintains a repository of current and
historical survey questions, as well as each question’s basic
psychometric properties Stays updated on industry trends and
advancements in survey methodologies Conducts post-survey
evaluations to assess effectiveness and identify areas for
continuous improvement Basic Qualifications (Required
Skills/Experience): Master’s degree in quantitative research,
statistics, data science, or a related field Experience programming
and managing research on survey platforms (Qualtrics preferred)
Proficiency in data querying languages, such as SQL or Teradata
Proficiency in at least one statistical program (e.g., R, SPSS,
SAS, or Python) Experience developing and executing detailed
executive-ready reports and presentations efficiently, leveraging
tools and processes that enable scalable and accurate reporting
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
Preferred Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience ):
Experience leading end-to-end design and execution of large-scale
surveys, overseeing survey design, deployment, data analysis, and
delivery of insights to inform organizational decision-making
Proficiency in data analysis and experience with data mining,
inferential statistics, and familiarity with more advanced
techniques (e.g., machine learning, natural language processing,
etc.) Strong ability to synthesize and analyze data, summarizing
findings into actionable conclusions Experience using large
language models and knowledge-based approaches for data analysis
Knowledge of various information technology areas and computing
technologies Experience with continuous improvement methodologies,
such as Kaizen or Lean Six Sigma, demonstrating efforts to enhance
processes and/or outcomes Capability to perform data mining using
techniques and tools to analyze data stored in databases and data
warehouses Proficiency in visualization technologies and dashboard
creation to effectively communicate data insights Conflict of

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well
as market and business considerations. Summary pay range: $162,350
