OASYS Tech is a premier Managed ITServices Provider (MSP) searching for qualified candidates in the IT industry.*Title: *IT Systems Engineer, Tier III*Job brief: *The IT Systems Engineer, Tier III, is our highest line of a support for our helpdesk team; tasked with triaging phone and email requests, providing documentation in our ticketing system, escalated support, research, and complete more complex IT issues; and assisting with various other projects. Maintains and recommends changes with regards to OASYS network infrastructure and all things network related.*Primary Duties: ** Daily local travel for customer support - (reimbursed at $0.625 per mile)* helpdesk escalated phone calls* Monitoring and completing IT tickets in the system* Monitoring Copier tickets in the system* Administration for desktop hardware and software, Office 365, and mobile devices* Returning customer calls* Create/work tickets and projects; and keeping up with daily documentation* Communicate, follow-up, schedule face-to-face meetings with clients, team, and Project Manager* Perform on-site evaluations and collaborate with sales to determine best solutions to meet client needs, while adhering to best practices* Excellent customer service skills, a good understanding of end point client devices and networking with an emphasis on troubleshooting.*Essential Position Functions: *The ideal candidate will possess the following competencies, as demonstrated in past and current employment and education history:* *Customer Service* - Demonstrates the ability to anticipate customers' needs and deliver services effectively and efficiently using professional demeanor.* *Communication Skills* - Effectively conveys information and expresses thoughts and facts clearly, orally and in writing; demonstrates effective use of listening skills; display openness to other people's ideas and thoughts.* *Hands-On Experience/Education* - Demonstrates high levels of experience with applicable professional/technical principles and practices in any combination Microsoft Windows; ActiveDirectory users and computer management, security groups, or Group Policies. Windows networking such as DHCP, DNS, subnets, gateways, etc. Troubleshoot Windows desktop and office productivity applications such as Microsoft Windows 10, Office 365 suite, enterprise client applications, printers, copiers, and mobile devices. Research, troubleshoot, deploy and support print drivers; Desktop OS or image issues and applying Windows Security patches and antivirus software.Troubleshoot, deploy and maintain hardware and software for enterprise PCs, printers, and peripherals. Experience creating and updating technical documentation.* *Analytical Thinking* - Approaching a problem or situation by using a logical, systematic, and sequential approach.* *Problem Solving* - Approaches a situation or problem by defining the problem or issue; determine the significance of problem; collect information; use logic and intuition to arrive at decisions or solutions to problems that achieve the desired outcome.* *Teamwork & Interpersonal Skills* - Develop effective relationships with co-workers and supervisors by helping others accomplish tasks and using collaboration and conflict resolution skills.*Minimum Qualifications: ** Current driver license, own vehicle for on-site trips to client, and clean driving record. (OASYSTech does as much remote as possible, but a must for this position for an amazing client experience with services & projects.) Minimum proof of 100/300/100 Liability insurance coverage is required upon hire.* Technician I &II background & seven (7) years of experience, both covering computer-related work such as computer repair, technical troubleshooting, application support, or other related duties.* Possess a valid Microsoft Specialist certification or an equivalent professional, industry recognized certification acceptable to OASYS, Tech. (An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.)* Completed degree/certificate program in the IT industry with hands-on internship extremely preferred* Possess a valid CompTIA A+ certificate, or equivalent professional, industry recognized certification(s) acceptable to OASYS Tech.
