Job Description:
DexCare is seeking a Staff FullStack Engineer who will expand
the efforts around the DexCare platform. If you are an experienced
software engineer who is excited about getting in on the ground
floor of a fast-growing startup with a well-established team and
multiple large and respected clients, this might be the opportunity
for you! As a Staff Engineer in this role, you will be a technical
lead on a team, working both on responsive SPA web applications and
backend services. You're one of the go-to people in the
organization for defining the architecture and mentorship. You
should be prepared to interact daily with other engineers, as well
as product managers, product designers, and solution
architects.Requirements
- Proven impact across multiple team's work, behaviors,
technologies, and/or processes
- Ability to get buy-in within the organization and champion your
team's vision & strategy
- Experience helping drive other people's work through mentorship
and influence of the roadmapProficient at building out highly
testable code with strong contracts
- Proficient with test automation frameworks and validating
across an array of code configurations
- Strong experience configuring and maintaining a SaaS solution
built on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Kubernetes (including Helm)
with Docker containers
- Comfort designing and interacting with SQL and NoSQL databases,
including DB schema changes and migrationsQualifications
- 8 years acting as a team lead with demonstrable experience
driving architectural solutions and mentoring peers
- 12 years of relevant on the job experience shipping enterprise
software using SOA, and delivering solutions end to end
- 7 years building out services using TypeScript with
Node.js
- 12 years of working with a strongly typed, object-oriented
language
- 7 years of experience building platforms utilizing message
queues and pub/sub models
- 12 years of experience building medium to large responsive web
applications
- 4 years of experiencing building out web applications using
React.js, Redux, built on top of Express, Koa, or equivalent
middleware (Optionally dependent on the team)Preferred Experience
- Experience using logging and metric tools such as Splunk and
DataDog with focus on monitoring and improving system uptime and

$144,000 to $170,000.The hired applicant will also be eligible to
