offer opportunities for an Interiors Fabricator and Assembler B to
join Fabrication team in Everett and Renton, Washington. In this
role, you will bring aircraft interiors to life by combining your
craftsmanship with technical expertise. You’ll work with a variety

assemblies that meet the highest standards of precision and

Position Responsibilities: - Review work orders, engineering
drawings, manufacturing plans, and bills of material to prepare for
assigned jobs - Verify kitted parts, standards, and assemblies
against documentation to ensure correctness, suitability for the
airplane, and absence of visible defects - Communicate with Team
Leader to initiate planning or engineering change requests as
needed - Set up assembly tools per tooling instructions or
drawings, ensuring correct locators for model configurations -
Layout, cut, fit, and assemble miters and parts, securing
components on tools or fixtures with clamps while verifying
alignment and edge margins - Select and use appropriate drill bits,
reamers, countersinking tools, and equipment to drill pilot and
full-size holes in correct sequence and to specifications - Install
inserts, riv-nuts, studs, brackets, trim pieces, and hardware using
adhesives or mechanical fasteners, performing repairs as required -
Operate specialized equipment such as potting dispensers, platens,
ovens, and form presses to apply compounds, bond laminates, and
cure assemblies - Apply sealants, alodine, primers, adhesives,
fillers, and special finishes, preparing panels for subsequent
operations - Cut, apply, and bond decorative laminations and edge
wraps using heat guns, vacuum tools, and hot bond processes -
Assemble panel components including liners, foam inserts, honeycomb
cores, and outer skins, ensuring proper curing and finishing -
Handle, store, and dispose of hazardous materials in compliance
with safety regulations - Select and install fasteners (hi-locks,
rivets, bolts, nuts) using appropriate tools, ensuring compliance
with specifications - Inspect work throughout and upon completion
to ensure assemblies meet quality standards and are defect-free -
Report issues related to parts, procedures, tools, or sequences to
supervisors or engineering - Collaborate with management,
engineering, planning, and inspection teams to resolve job-related
issues - Maintain required personal and tool certifications -
Assist and mentor lower-graded employees as assigned - Utilize
prints, specifications, sketches, and engineering documents to
accurately perform assembly tasks - Perform rework, pickups, and
incorporate changes to assemblies to meet quality and design
requirements - Operate shop power tools and precision measuring
instruments to complete assignments efficiently and accurately -
Use information systems and software tools to perform tasks and
document work progress Physical Demands and Potential Hazards: -
Perform physical tasks that include lifting weights ranging from
10-15 lbs to 15-35 lbs - Engage in various movements such as
reaching, handling, turning, twisting, lifting, lowering, climbing,
balancing, bending, kneeling, crouching, and squatting - Work in
environments that may involve contact with metals, solvents, and
coolants - Operate in proximity to moving parts and tools, sharp
cutters, and potential slipping hazards - Adapt to varying noise
levels and atmospheric conditions - Utilize personal safety gear to
protect face/eyes, hands/arms, and feet while performing job duties
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate
will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location
options. This position must meet Export Control compliance
requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §

Through Training Program). Basic Qualifications: - 1 years of
experience working with powered hand tools - Experience with
reading and interpreting drawings, specifications, material
processes, schematic and diagrams - Must be able to lift, push and
pull up to 35 pounds frequently within an 8-hour shift - Experience
working in a team atmosphere Preferred Qualifications: - 1 years of
assembly work - 1 years of interiors installation Typical Education
& Experience: High school graduate or GED preferred. Relocation: -

Pay: $23.32/hour, with potential to earn up to $53.30/hour in
