Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled manufacturing assembler to join our team! This role involves assembling fabricated parts, testing calibrating components, and performing minor repairs. You'll use hand and power tools to ensure product specifications are met. Location: Redmond, WA Pay Rate: $27.50 Shift: Fri-Sun 6pm-7am Key Responsibilities: Assemble parts at floor stations according to specifications Test and calibrate mechanisms to meet tolerances Identify and repair units that do not meet tolerance levels Work under immediate supervisor and follow established guidelines Requirements: U.S Citizen or U.S Persons (Green Card Holder) required 1-2 years of tenured experience working for a past employer Relevant experience must be recent within the past 5 years Preferred clean room environment experience Must have great dexterity for small parts Must be computer literate Strong English comprehension Strong computer comprehension Comfortable using a microscope for long hours Ability to lift up to 30 lbs Must have perfect attendance for bonus eligibility Perfect attendance bonus: • $1k at 30 days w/perfect attendance; • $1k at 60 days • $1k at 90 days to get 60 and 90 day bonus; worker must have received 30 day bonus.
