your future with us. Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking
Mechanical and Structural Engineering Managers (Level K) to support
our Structures Engineering team based in Everett, WA . These
management positions are available in both airplane programs and
the functional organization, supporting BCA priorities of
delivering safe, high-quality engineering solutions for production
and development programs. The successful candidate will have strong
engineering expertise, outstanding communication skills, and the
ability to build collaborative relationships. Primary
Responsibilities: Manages employees performing engineering and
technical activities in the area of Mechanical & Structural
Engineering. Leads development of engineering solutions for
Structures teams (Airframe, Propulsion, Systems/Interiors/Liaison
Stress or elsewhere within the Function) in support of current and
future commercial airplane products. Develops and executes project
and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets
operational goals. Acquires resources for projects and processes,
provides technical management of suppliers and leads process
improvements. Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships
with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products
and processes. Manages, develops and motivates employees. Basic
Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience): Bachelor of Science
degree from an accredited course of study in engineering. 1 years
of experience in leading a team, formally or informally. 5 years of
engineering experience. Preferred Qualifications (Desired
Skills/Experience): Engineering degree in Mechanical,
Aeronautical/Aerospace, or Civil. 5 years of experience in
structural engineering. Experience collaborating with other
engineering disciplines, production and/or regulatory organization.

Summary Pay Range: $147,050 - $198,950 Applications for this
