CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT Federal Healthcare Project - Bremerton,
WA Relocation Assistance Provided A performance-driven general
contractor is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to
lead field operations on a large-scale federal healthcare project
in Bremerton, Washington. This role is well suited for a hands-on
field leader with experience delivering USACE, federal, or
healthcare construction in highly regulated environments. THE
OPPORTUNITY This position offers the opportunity to take a lead
role on a secure, mission-critical healthcare facility. The
Superintendent will be responsible for day-to-day field execution,
subcontractor coordination, schedule control, safety enforcement,
and quality delivery. The project is MEP-intensive and requires
strong planning, sequencing, and communication skills. KEY
RESPONSIBILITIES Lead all on-site construction activities from
mobilization through project closeout Develop and maintain the
project schedule in coordination with Project Management Coordinate
subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors to ensure timely and
compliant execution Enforce site safety standards in accordance
with federal and OSHA requirements Ensure work is performed in
accordance with contract documents, drawings, and specifications
Coordinate and support MEP trade sequencing, inspections, and
commissioning activities Maintain daily reports, look-ahead
schedules, and site documentation Act as the primary on-site point
of contact with owners, inspectors, and trade partners Support
quality control and infection control standards in a healthcare
environment REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 5 years of experience
as a Superintendent on federal, USACE, healthcare, or similar
regulated projects Strong understanding of construction sequencing
and field coordination for MEP-intensive projects Experience
working in secure or occupied environments preferred Ability to
read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Proven
leadership and subcontractor management skills Ability to work on a
secure federal site and pass required background checks REQUIRED OR
PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS OSHA 30-Hour First Aid and CPR Experience
working under USACE or federal construction standards preferred
Healthcare construction experience strongly preferred WHY THIS ROLE
