your future with us. The Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E)
Systems Lab Test organization is hiring a Test & Evaluation Power
Lab Engineer to support electrical system testing and electrical
system lab design in Seattle, WA. The electrical system lab
capability in Seattle provides a dedicated, customizable test and
evaluation space for many of Boeing's commercial and military
derivative aircraft, supporting projects from early technology
development stages to complex, emergent in-service issues. The
selected candidate will support on-going lab testing as well as
supporting definition and implementation of the future vision for
the electrical system testing lab. Our team is currently hiring for
a broad range of experience levels including Associate or
Experienced level Test & Evaluation Power Lab Engineer. Position
Responsibilities: - Designs electrical systems diagrams - Supports
the development and verification of test methods - Develops
detailed test procedures, instrumentation and configuration
definition - Performs test and minimize risk within the constraints
of the test plan - Implements solutions to calibration systems
problems of limited scope and impact - Designs test hardware,
software and systems to achieve test requirements - Uses analytical
tools to verify the design - Analyzes, processes, and formats data
to customer requirements - Reviews test data, including off-nominal
data, for accuracy, quality and/or fidelity prior to delivery to
customer - Read electrical diagrams - Troubleshoot electrical
systems - Prepares and publishes test reports to document test
results and satisfy requirements - Presents test results internally
- Archives data and reports - Works under general direction Basic
Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): - Bachelor of Science
degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including
Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science,
Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications
directly related to the work statement - 1 years of experience in
the use of computer aided design and simulation tools - 1 years of
experience with electrical and/or electronic technologies - 1 years
of lab test operations experience Preferred Qualifications (Desired
Skills/Experience): - 2 or more years’ related work experience or
an equivalent combination of education and experience - Bachelor's
or higher in Electrical Engineering with strong
electrical/electronic background from an accredited college or
institution - Experience interacting with customers to coordinate
testing requirements and schedule - Experience using electrical
design tools including WCAD and Zuken E3 - Experience using
Microsoft Office Suite - Experience with mechanical systems -

Summary Pay Range for Associate level (Level 2): $90,950 – $123,050
Summary Pay Range for Mid-level (Level 3): $111,350 – $150,650
