your future with us. The Enterprise Certification Processes team is
seeking a Mid-Level (Level 3) or Senior (Level 4) Certification
Systems Engineer - Regulatory Administration & Airworthiness to
join our team in Everett, WA. If you are a growth-minded person

application. The Regulatory Administration & Airworthiness
(RA&A) Enterprise Certification Processes team is centrally
responsible for integration of certification processes across our
Global Enterprise (Commercial, Defense and Global Services). Team
members grow to become experts in the certification business and
solve technical issues across the certification value stream. We
are owners of processes and documents, manage change and drive
efficiency/ease of compliance all from a variety of sources.
Understanding of the Boeing ODA Procedures Manual (BPM) and
affected processes and procedures is strongly desired. Experience
working with the FAA is also strongly desired. This position will
interface with ODA Unit members such as Project Administrators and
Engineering Unit Members. The team and leadership encourage

action, data analysis and driving systems level solutions. It is a
dynamic and highly visible place of work. Position Overview: -
Leads/Contributes to cross-functional teams resulting in resolution
of technical and certification issues. - Coordinates technical
messaging and partnering with the FAA on regulatory issues -
Develops strategic action plans for changes to certification
processes and execute those plans through completion. - Contributes
to root cause corrective action plans for development and execution
of noncompliance’s, voluntary disclosures, informal corrective
actions, formal corrective actions, etc. including
reviewing/researching processes, design practices, analysis,
conducting root cause analysis, and identifying/owning corrective
actions and corrective action plans. - Working knowledge of
Boeing’s Organization Delegation Authorization (ODA) procedures
manual. - Ensures proper coordination across products, platforms
and functional areas to promote culture of compliance to
requirements and application of procedures and FAA guidance. -
Participates in establishing and promoting global regulatory
advocacy strategies, trainings, tools, and methods. Basic
Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience): - Bachelor of
Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including
Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science,
Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications
directly related to the work statement - Level 3: 5 years of
related work experience or an equivalent combination of education
and experience - Level 4: 9 years of related work experience or an
equivalent combination of education and experience - Experience
working directly with the FAA and/or ODA on Type Certification
projects - 3 years of experience in developing and/or contributing
to processes, policies, and procedures in a regulated industry - 3
years of experience working in the Aerospace industry - Technical
aptitude to enable execution of process/procedure documents (BPM,
BPIs, D6s, D950s, etc.) Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills
and Experience): - Master's degree in engineering, engineering
technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology),
chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
- Experience working as a Project Administrator (PA) or Design
Approval Engineer (DAE) highly valued and encouraged to apply. -
Experience working across the certification value stream. -
Experience working with Type Authorization Inspection (TIA) -
Experience with certification processes Boeing uses to comply with
14 CFR 21.93, 21.95 and 21.97 - Systems thinker capable of making
engineering proposals based on data analysis and forecasting wide
reaching and longer-term impacts - Experience developing
presentations and presenting to multiple levels of an organization.
- Experience investigating and finding solutions to complex
technical or regulatory issues. - Experience recognizing and
balance conflicting priorities. - Strong technical writing
abilities. - Strong presentation skills. - Experience writing,

considerations. Summary Pay Range: - Experienced (Level 3):
$114,750 - $155,250 - Senior (Level 4) $141,100 - $190,900
