The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking
Business Operations Specialist to join the SAP S/4HANA Deployment
Project Management Office in Everett, WA on 1st Shift . This
position presents an opportunity to assist in the deployment of a
key bedrock ERP system within the BCA Digital organization and lead
strategic initiatives within this innovative environment. Position
Responsibilities: Create Management System & Integration process.
Partner with leaders on long-range strategy, goals, and
initiatives; evaluate strategic issues and recommend
implementation. Develop and integrate programs, plans, and
processes to meet business goals (sourcing, cost control,
deployment, impact mitigation). Validate analyses and scope with
business partners and build/maintain business cases. Coordinate
commitments across internal and external stakeholders to execute
strategies. Identify risks and opportunities; develop mitigations
and refine business cases. Secure leadership approval and provide
implementation direction for work authorization. Develop and
maintain project schedules and budgets; monitor execution and
communication status. Manage Projects and tracking KPI. Basic
Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 5 years relevant
experience with program management and best practices, ideally in
management system & integration experience (MS&I). 5 years
leading integration across cross-functional stakeholders. Strong
written/verbal communication skills and experience presenting to
executive level leadership. Familiarity with formal change control
or governance processes (e.g., Change Control Board,
configuration/change management). Preferred Qualifications (Desired
Skills/Experience): Bachelor’s degree in business, Industrial
Engineering, General Management, Facilities, or a related field;
advanced degree (MS, MBA) a plus. Familiarity with Boeing
processes, standards, and site governance. Experience developing
and integrating strategic projects, plans, and initiatives to meet
business goals. Experience working across multiple programs and/or
functions in a manufacturing environment. PMI certification
(Project Management) and 5-10 years of MS&I/Communication
planning experience, as well as a background in stakeholder
