As the HR Manager you will be directly responsible for providing strategic leadership, direction, and advice in the development and implementation of human resource strategies, policies, and procedures across the organization. Your scope of authority will be recruitment, salary administration, benefits, employee relations, performance evaluations. Additionally, you will lead a high output, well-established team who are already in seat.

Responsibilities:

Promote Company culture and core values.
Ensures compliance to all laws and regulations regarding and completion of required government reporting
Process all Employee relations concerns including conducting fact-finding investigation activities
Counsel and advise managers of appropriate interventions to address employee relations issues
Counsel managers and employees regarding the intent, application, and compliance requirements of significant labor and regulatory laws
Develop and analyze workforce measurements to help business unit leaders make responsive decisions that impact people processes.
Educate managers and employees on HR policies, plans, programs, practices, processes, and tools
Lead recruitment and selection of salaried and hourly members.
Maintain strong knowledge of best practices in compensation and benefit policies and advise Executive Management Team accordingly
Select and coordinate use of external HR service providers, including consultants, attorneys, training specialists, and other outside sources.
Prepares / oversees divisional payroll
Oversee and assist with seasonal recruitment, scheduling, and staffing

Physical Requirements:

Typical office work conditions, such as computer work and filing. Frequently in processing and repack plants to oversee processing. Occasionally in field, but no field work required.

Bachelor's degree, Business preferred
Certified as SHRM, PHR, or SPHR preferred
Must have at least 3 years of experience in all areas of human resources including but not limited to employee relations, benefits, recruiting, compensation, policies, and procedures etc.
Agriculture background preferred but not required
Proficient with MS Office
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Exceptional interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills
Ability to speak Spanish or effectively communicate with Spanish-speaking employees a plus.%8114694%
