Pay Rate: 95000 Pay Rate Maximum: 110000 PayRate Interval: Annually WWAY4 $95,000 - $110,000 (depending on experience) + 2,000 Sign-on bonus! - JOB SUMMARY: -
The Director of Health Services (RN) overseesthe clinical department of the Community Based Care facility and ensures resident care needs are met.This position will conduct assessments, develop care plans, coordinate residentcare, and provide supervision and teaching to health services team members.RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review and approve staffingschedules
• Implement new procedures as needed
• Train, supervise, lead, and motivate team.
• Director of Health Services (RN)Assist clinical subordinates to identify condition changes
• Communicate with residents, staff, familymembers, etc. as needed.
• Utilize standard precaution knowledge andinfection control measures where required.
• Knowledge of and ability to conform tothe applicable law, rules and regulations.
