CSA's activities, knowledge, and extensive network benefit the entire community impacted by the cloud - from providers and customers to governments, entrepreneurs, and the assurance industry - and provide a forum through which different parties can work together to create and maintain a trusted cloud ecosystem.The Cloud Security Alliance is seeking a Training Project Manager. This position shall have a variety of responsibilities, including:

• Administrative duties associated with the CSA Training service portfolio.
• Content development tasks associated with the CSA Training service portfolio.
• Assist with the completion of tasks that are generated by requests from CSA members, customers, and training partners, including resolving tickets in a support ticketing system environment.
• Create messaging, support external communication, as well as internal communication and coordination with other teams as it relates to Training.
• Interface with subject matter experts, volunteers, instructors, etc. -
• Execute project plans and deliverables within tight turnarounds. - -
• Support the development of training presentations, outreach, collateral, etc.
• Maintain training content, policies, procedures, repositories, surveys, etc.
• Special projects defined by the CTO officeApplicants should be analytical thinkers with amiable personalities, positive outlooks, very strong communication skills, quality and detail-oriented, and capable of working under tight deadlines. Organizational skills, priority setting, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are also beneficial. -The candidate will be part of the CSA CTO's Office and will be reporting to the Training Program Manager as an individual contributor. This position is remote first, with some hybrid expectations, a few in-person requirements at the Bellingham office in Washington, as well as work-related conferences.
