open world. Join us. Senior Finance Manager, Corporate FP&A
Expedia Group's Corporate Finance team is looking for a Senior
Finance Manager who will be responsible for the forecasting,
reporting, and analysis of the company's free cash flow. You will
dive deep to gain a comprehensive understanding of the drivers of
our free cash flow and deliver insightful analyses and narratives
to senior leadership. Reporting to the Finance Director for Below
the Line, you will serve as a key finance partner to Treasury and
work closely with Business Finance teams, Accounting, Finance
Technology, and Tax. Success will come from curiosity, a passion
for diving into complex problems and improving processes, effective
story-telling, and an ability to cultivate relationships across the
organization. What you'll do:
- Own working capital, balance sheet, and free cash flow
forecasting, reporting, and analyses
- Provide insightful narratives related to working capital and
free cash flow
- Contribute to executive-level presentations and provide support
to Investor Relations
- Perform ad hoc financial analysis and data support for key
partners and finance leadership
- Enhance existing forecasting models and increase rigor in
processes
- Gather, define, and drive requirements for and prioritize
projects to improve reporting functionality, forecasting accuracy,
and automation Experience and Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree or higher required
- 8+ years of FP&A or similar experience with increasing
responsibility. Investment banking experience is desired
- Strong understanding of the interplay of the three financial
statements
- Advanced analytical and modeling skills (including
three-statement modeling experience)
- Proven capability to succinctly and visually synthesize
findings; excellent written and oral communication skills
- Exhibit intellectual curiosity, ownership, and a focus on
continuous improvement
- Exhibit great attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and work independently with limited
guidance within a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Enjoy mentoring others and contributing to the success of the
greater team
- Familiarity with Hyperion Planning/Essbase is desired The total
cash range for this position in Seattle is $155,000.00 to
$217,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase
their pay up to $248,000.00, which is the top of the range, based
on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors,
including location, available budget, and an individual's
knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in
