Simply -put, as a part of the caregiver team, you will:
Establish effective relationships with residents, family members,
and staff -
Assist residents in life skills and other life-enriching activities
as indicated on their profile -
Implement residents' care plans, focusing on residents' strengths,
preferences, and preferred routines -
Blend a variety of multi-sensory experiences into the resident's
day -
Work with the wellness team to ensure the needs of our residents
are being addressed in a timely matter -
Demonstrate organizational skills around time management -
Promote the mission, values, and beliefs of Cascade Living -

Creekside (independent living, assisted living, memory care)
provides care for residents and their families all over the region,
including Mount Vernon, Sedro-Wooley, Anacortes, Bay View and

Shift Differential: $2.00 shift differential for NOC (overnight)
shifts
