Full-time $95,000 - $110,000 (depending on experience) + 2,000 Sign-on bonus! JOB SUMMARY: The Director of Health Services (RN) oversees the clinical department of the Community Based Care facility and ensures resident care needs are met. This position will conduct assessments, develop care plans, coordinate resident care, and provide supervision and teaching to health services team members.
