Administrator prescribed medications to residents according to the
physician's orders.* Monitor and record the effects of medications
and report any adverse reactions to the nursing supervisor.*
Provide basic wound care and dress changes for residents with skin
conditions or injuries.* Monitor and assess the healing progress of
wounds. .* Conduct routine health assessments of residents,
including vital signs and overall health status.* Monitor changes
in residents' conditions and report any concerns to the registered
nurse or healthcare provider.Job Requirements:* Required
Experience: 1-year recent LTC* BLS (AHA) - Required* LPN state
License - RequiredSchedule:* Mid Shift* 14:00 - 22:30* Night Shift*
22:00 - 6:30* 5x8Job Type: ContractPay: $47.00 per hourPhysical
