Physical Therapy Clinic Director - up to a $15k Sign-on Bonus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $85,000-$110,000 annually Sign-on Bonus: Up to $15,000 sign-on bonus Industry: Healthcare Location: Washington State Overview: RET Physical Therapy is seeking a motivated and experienced Clinic Director for our outpatient clinics. As a Clinic Director, you will lead a team of therapy professionals in providing exceptional patient care. • Develop relationships with key physicians to drive patient referrals
• Oversee facility maintenance and equipment purchases
• Build and maintain a positive team culture through servant leadership Qualifications:
  • Licensed degree from accredited institution; Doctor of Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy preferred
  • Unrestricted licensure as a Physical Therapist in Washington State
  • Three plus years of clinical experience; supervisory experience preferred
  • Completion of or enrollment in residency training preferred
