Practitioner to join our team in Everett, WA. Optum is a

Anticoagulation Clinic team to support high quality patient care.
This is a full-time position with variable hours between 7:00 am to
7:00 pm, Monday - Friday (four 10 hours days). No weekends or on

Growing together. Primary Responsibilities: - Collaborate with
multi-level clinicians to provide high quality care to their
patient panels - Work with the patient to optimize patient
anticoagulation medication and care - Work with providers and
clinical teams to implement cost-effective medication interventions
- Provide anticoagulation medication management and direct patient
care based on evidence-based guidelines, protocols, and disease
management - Provide clinical medication education and feedback for
providers - Primary Location will be at 3901 Hoyt Ave in Everett,
but there are multiple sites around the Puget Sound area and the
work location will shift about one day/week You’ll be rewarded and

you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: - Master of
Nursing or greater - Residency trained or 3 years of clinical
experience - Active ARNP and RN license - ACC, Primary Care or
Cardiology experience preferential Washington Residents Only: The
salary range for this role is $104,500 to $156,000 annually. Pay is
based on several factors including but not limited to local labor
markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.
