Job Title: RN Hospice Location: Tukwila, WA 98168 Pay Rate: Up
to $3080/week Start Date: 07/28/2025 Job Type: Contract (13 Weeks)

facilities. Position Summary: HCHB REQUIRED Territory: King County/
Seattle Area Ratios: 1:1 (*May visit up to 6 patients per day; 30
productivity points standard) Shift: 8hr Days , M-F 8a-5p Case
Load: Geriatric Additional Notes: Traveler is expected to have
their own transportation. System does a good job grouping clients
minimizing drive and windshield time. Occasional maximum radius of
50 miles. Timely communication and documentation required
Documentation tools will be provided, and must be returned. Key
Responsibilities: Collaborating on terminally ill patients' care
with physicians, social workers, chaplains, nursing assistants, and
other stakeholders. Preparing and adjusting patient care plans as
needed. Frequently visiting patients to monitor vital signs and
physical comfort levels. Performing prescribed treatments and
administering pain management medications. Informing physicians
about changes in patients' conditions. Providing loved ones and
primary caregivers with patient care information, end-of-life
education, and emotional support. Maintaining and updating medical
charts, patient files, and health records. Required Qualifications:
1 YR of recent Skilled Home Health Hospice Experience (at least 1
year within the last 3 years) BLS Certification by AHA Compact or
