$2,800 to $2,900 per week About The Position Job Title: RN Case
Manager Location: Tukwila, WA 98168 Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 -
16:30) Weekly Pay: $2800 to $2900 Job Type: Contract(13 weeks) with

Days , M-F 8a-5p Ratios: 1:1 (*May visit up to 6 patients per day;

REQ: None Is On-Call REQ?: None Experience Requirements: 1 YR of
recent Skilled Home Health Experience (at least 1 year within the
last 3 years) Case Load: Geriatric Certs REQ: BLS/BCLS License:
Must have WA license, or compact license Additional Notes:
Travelers are expected to have their own transportation. The system
does a good job grouping clients minimizing drive and windshield
time. Occasional maximum radius of 50 miles. Timely communication
and documentation required Documentation tools will be provided,
