Health for a travel nursing job in Bellingham, Washington. Job
Description & Requirements - Specialty: Home Health - Discipline:
RN - Start Date: 11/24/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per
week - Shift: 8 hours, rotating - Employment Type: Travel
Education: Accredited School of Nursing Required: Nursing and
Bachelor's Degree Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Experience Minimum of 1 year Required: Home health or hospice/end
of life nursing experience and Required: Demonstrated knowledge of
and ability to apply age specific principles of growth and
development and life stages to meet each patient’s needs Minimum of
1 year Required: Epic experience Credentials: Required: Registered
Nurse in state of practice and Required: Upon Hire Drivers License
and proof of auto insurance and Required: Upon Hire Basic Life
Support Skills: Basic computer skills including MS Office
applications (Required) Well organized, flexible and able to
function independently (Required) Cooperative working skills,
leadership skills, and interpersonal skills and ability to work
effectively with a wide variety of patients, families and staff
