Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Occupational Therapist - Discipline: Therapy - Start Date: 01/12/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Job Title - Occupational Therapist - SNF/LTC Location - Bellingham, WA Schedule / Job Type - Full-time, Contract Key Responsibilities - Serve as the lead occupational therapist for inpatient cases within a skilled nursing facility. - Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, including leading group therapy initiatives. - Collaborate with the healthcare team and attend weekly Medicare, care plan, and team meetings. - Supervise and coordinate care with PRN staff and support the facility’s quality and performance goals. - Utilize clinical expertise to improve patient outcomes and support facility quality ratings. Required Qualifications - Valid Washington State OT license (or pending licensing) preferred. - Experience working with inpatient or SNF populations is advantageous. - Ability to lead group therapy and train in specialty cases if necessary. - Strong communication and team collaboration skills. - New graduates considered, with willingness to train in leadership responsibilities. Preferred Experience / Skills - Prior SNF or LTC experience appreciated but not required. - Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule and quickly integrate into a team environment. $2550 includes taxable hourly rate plus meals and lodging stipend.
