City: Sedro-Woolley State: WA Start Date: Pending Privileges End Date: TBD Description: Vendors this is for a working Medical Director position for our 10 bed acute rehab unit. PM&R is preferred. Please direct communication through LocumsMart Specialty Needed PM&R, Geriatrician, IM or FM Provider Will you accept Multiple providers Yes Schedule Hours for Clinic /Hospital 20 hours a week Number of patients seen per day in clinic 6-9 on acute rehabilitation unit What is the Number of phone Consults Unknown What Time does the Call start Weekday 5 pm What Time does Call end Weekday 8 am What support staff is available - Hospitalist are consult as needed for Medical Management Age of patients - 18 Inpatient /Outpatient - Inpatient Type of Charting /EMR - Epic Board Certified or Board Eligible - Board Certified Is Fellowship required No Reason For Need - Medical Director leaving with short turn around Rounding Daily Average Number of Admissions per shift - 18-20 Per Month 1099 Pay Rate: Competitive Market Rates (W-2 Pay Packages available upon request) Certification Requirements: Please confirm credential requirements with VHS upon application.
