Certified Surgical Technologist Location: Everett, WA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,318 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/16/2026 About the Position Job Title: CVOR Tech Profession: Surgical Services Specialty: Cardiothoracic Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 4x10-Hour Hours per Shift: 07:00 - 17:30 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: WA state registration required Certifications: BLS required; ACLS, PALS, TNCC, CNOR preferred Must-Have: - Minimum 2 years of experience - First-timers accepted - Weekend call shifts required - Call requirements: at least one weekend a month and five weekday evenings per month - Floating between like units is required Description: Candidate will work on complex cardiothoracic surgical procedures. Experience in CABG, AVR, AAA, MVR, and minimally invasive cardiac procedures is required. Charting system experience with EPIC is expected. Will be involved in preparation and maintenance of surgical equipment. Must assist in specimens handling and labeling following universal protocol. Must demonstrate the ability to function efficiently under pressure. Candidates are required to float within the hospital or to a similar unit if necessary. Structured call requirements apply. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams is essential. A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care is expected.
