Physical Therapist license is preferred but not required at time of

sports and orthopedic physical therapy in a collaborative,

facilities and fully digital systems. Job Description Evaluate
patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment
plans Deliver high-quality orthopedic and sports rehab care Track
patient progress and adjust treatment programs as needed Maintain
accurate, timely documentation using digital charting systems
Collaborate with other clinicians to provide well-rounded care
Utilize advanced equipment including squat racks, Pilates
reformers, turf space, and cable machines Treat a wide range of
patients including professionals, athletes, youth, and general
populations Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy degree
Licensed Physical Therapist or actively in the process of obtaining
a Washington State PT license Active CPR certification Ability to
work full-time in an on-site outpatient setting New graduates and
