Assistant Job Description We are seeking a Certified Medical
Assistant to join our team, responsible for patient scheduling,
follow-up calls, and other office duties such as stocking supplies.
The role involves chart preparation and maintaining accurate
patient records using the EPIC charting system. You will also be
responsible for rooming patients, taking vital signs, setting up
aseptic/sterile procedure trays, and ensuring compliance with all
healthcare regulations and standards. Responsibilities Schedule
patient appointments and conduct follow-up calls. Perform office
duties including stocking medical supplies. Prepare and maintain
accurate patient charts using EPIC. Room patients and take vital
signs accurately. Set up aseptic/sterile procedure trays. Ensure
compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Essential
Skills Proficiency in EPIC charting system. Basic Life Support
(BLS) certification. Certification as a Medical Assistant in
Washington State (WA MA-C, CMA). At least 6 months of experience as
a medical assistant. Experience in rooming patients and taking
vital signs. Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) and
healthcare terminology. Work Environment The position offers a
variety of shifts, including 5x8 and 4x10, between the hours of
7:00 AM and 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Opportunities are
available in Issaquah, Bothell, Bellevue, Lynnwood, Sammamish,
Olympia, and Seattle. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to
Hire position based out of Seattle, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay
range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility

classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to
