Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: CVOR - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/16/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 10 hours, days, evenings, rotating - Employment Type: Travel Key Responsibilities:- Patient-Centered Care - Coordinate and deliver high-quality nursing care using the nursing process and unit-specific standards of practice. - Provide compassionate, individualized care that promotes safety, comfort, and positive patient outcomes. Care Planning & Implementation - Develop, implement, and continuously reassess individualized plans of care based on patient needs and responses. - Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with policies and best practices. - Perform nursing procedures and treatments with attention to quality and patient safety. Evaluation & Discharge Planning - Monitor and evaluate patient responses to interventions and adjust care plans as needed. - Continually assess discharge readiness to ensure plans are appropriate and aligned with patient needs. - Identify and address patient and family educational needs to promote safe transitions of care.
