Occupational Therapist Location: Enumclaw, WA Agency: Jackson Therapy Partners Pay: $1,813 to $2,013 per week Shift Information: 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist in Enumclaw, WA. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily living and functional skills in a skilled nursing facility setting. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active Washington State Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required prior to start. Minimum of 1 year of recent clinical experience in a skilled nursing facility, long-term care, or post-acute setting preferred. This is a preferred client-specific expectation but strong consideration given to candidates who meet it. Experience evaluating and treating adults with complex medical conditions, including mobility deficits, cognitive impairment, and activities of daily living (ADL) retraining. Proficiency with documentation systems and completing OASIS/Minimum Data Set (MDS)-related therapy documentation preferred. Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, family members, and care planning processes. Assignment Details Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
