Job Description Description As an AM or PM Lead within the Front Desk--Department you act as the 5 day/week full time anchor on either the AM or PM shift. You support the departments management team with the training of new hires to ensure a high level of guest service while--maintaining--consistent--procedures. Responsibilities Training new team members. Checking guests in and out accurately, ensuring proper credit is obtained. Making reservations and upselling as appropriate. Ensuring proper handling of credit cards, cash and other forms of billing/payments. Answer phone calls, proficiently use the computer and other technologies. Ability to act as a concierge and perform your duties while always providing exceptional guest service. Constantly communicate with other shifts, departments and management in an accurate and respectful manner. Assume all other duties associated with a front desk associate.
