Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Restaurant Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support daily operations, develop high-performing teams, and consistently deliver outstanding guest experiences. This role is ideal for a developing restaurant leader with fast-casual or quick-service experience who thrives in a high-energy environment and is eager to advance their career with a growing organization. Key Responsibilities Assist the General Manager with daily restaurant operations, including shift execution, inventory control, and financial tracking. Train, coach, and motivate team members to achieve high standards of service, productivity, and engagement. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food quality regulations through regular audits and consistent execution. Support sales growth through exceptional guest service, local promotions, and accurate menu execution. Monitor labor costs, budgets, and basic P&L components to support profitability goals. Address guest concerns professionally and build positive relationships within the Auburn community. Serve as acting General Manager when needed, overseeing scheduling, vendor coordination, and operational improvements. Qualifications 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a fast-casual or quick-service restaurant (Assistant Manager, Shift Lead, or equivalent). Working knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and scheduling software. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with Washington State health codes; ServSafe certification preferred. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Associate’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field is a plus but not required. Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and located in or willing to relocate to Auburn, WA.
