Job Description Summary/Objective The Clean Room Assembler position is responsible for following work order instructions to complete a high-quality product in a timely and efficient manner. Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. - Follow work order instructions. - Keep work area clean and organized. /n /n - Complete necessary paperwork with the work order as required. /n /n - Follow all AS9100, AS9120, and ISO9001 standards as well as all relevant WISHA and OSHA standards. /n /n Competencies Knowledge: Demonstrates the required technical skills and knowledge to perform the essential function of the position. Customer Focus: Consistently puts the internal/external customer first to meet customer commitments and responds promptly to customer needs Reliability: Delivers expected results while demonstrating reliability, accountability and dependability and in all aspects of the position Teamwork: Establishes and maintains effective relationships and works actively to resolve conflicts displaying a positive outlook and pleasant demeanor Communication: Communicates clearly and effectively including good listening and effective interpersonal skills. Supervisory Responsibility N/A Physical Demands Strength Guideline: The employee must frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds, occasional lift or move up to 40 pounds. Motion Parameters: The employee is frequently required to sit; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Vision and Hearing: The employee is required to talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, at times can be high. Required Education and Experience High School Diploma GED or one year of related experience. Able to calculate percentages. Preferred Education and Experience Additional education or experience.
