Sedron Technologies is hiring a talented Human Resources
GeneralistSedron Technologies designs and manufactures advanced
water, and waste upcycling technologies that transform the paradigm
of Waste Processing to Resource Recovery. We are headquartered in
the Pacific Northwest, with a national presence, valuing innovation

impact.Because we design, build, commission, and operate our
technologies, we are looking for an individual who can meet the
following essential functions of the position:Gain an understanding
of the business and remain closely aligned with the business
leadersCollaborate with the HR team to identify improvements for
greater efficiency of the departmentSupport all areas of the
employment lifecycle, from recruiting to terminationCommunicate
with prospective employees, schedule interviews, and conduct phone
screeningsConduct employee onboarding, orientation and ongoing
trainings as neededMaintain company compliance with federal and
state regulationsTravel to assist in company recruiting events as
requiredPrioritize duties and responsibilities in order to fulfill
objectivesDemonstrate the ability to work individually and within a
multidisciplinary team, communicating and collaborating with
technicians and engineers alikeComply with all safety, 5S, and
HazMat practicesWork well under pressure, meeting and completing
multiple deadlinesDemonstrate cooperative behavior with colleagues
and supervisorsDemonstrate passion and excitement for solving
difficult yet exciting tasksArrive to work on time and maintain
good attendanceMaintain good organization skillsPerform other
related duties as assignedThis position has multiple levels of
competency to be determined by performance, certifications, and
supervisor discretion.EDUCATION/EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree
requiredFive or more years' experience working in Human Resources
is required, PHR or SPHR certification preferredMust be capable of
maintaining a high level of confidentialityMust have strong
customer service skills and the ability to multitaskMust have good
leadership skills including the ability to inspire and motivate
othersProficiency with Microsoft Office Software SuiteAbility to
objectively coach employees and management through complex,
difficult, and emotional issues using judgment that is consistent
with standards, practices, policies, procedures, regulation, or
government lawMust have effective verbal and written communication
skills in the English languageMinimum requirement for all positions
is a high school diploma or GEDADDITIONAL INFORMATIONWage range for
this role is between $75,000 and $105,000 plus a discretionary
bonus, 401(k) matching, vacation, and health benefits. Employees
can also receive additional pay for off-shifts, and off-site work.
The range provided is Sedron's estimate of the base compensation
for this role. Actual amount offered will be based on job-related
and non-discriminatory factors such as experience, location,
