Weyerhaeuser Company, a leader in the timberland management industry since 1900, is seeking a skilled SAP Sales&Supply Chain Solution Architect to join our dynamic IT team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our supply chain efficiencies and sales processes through the innovative use of SAP solutions. By integrating your deep knowledge of SAP systems with an understanding of our extensive timberland assets, you will help streamline operations and support strategic business decisions. This position requires a blend of technical acumen, knowledge of manufacturing processes, and the ability to design and implement complex SAP solutions tailored to our unique industry needs. Design and implement SAP solutions tailored to the company’s sales and supply chain needs. Collaborate with different teams to ensure the SAP system aligns with business strategies. Analyze business processes and recommend improvements using SAP functionality. Lead testing and deployment of new SAP features and enhancements. Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the use of implemented SAP solutions. Manage SAP projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and budget constraints. Stay updated on SAP updates and technologies, incorporating new tools to enhance system efficiency. Proficiency in SAP ERP with a focus on sales and distribution (SD) and materials management (MM). Strong analytical skills to translate business needs into SAP solution requirements. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Project management skills and experience. Ability to evaluate and deploy new SAP technologies of relevance to the manufacturing sector.
