your future with us. We are seeking a Software Release Readiness &
UAT Specialist to be a part of the PACE Agile team in Everett,
Washington . The role required deep familiarity with customer
engineering processes and tools along with familiarity with agile
software development practices. This role will manage PACE
documentation, training materials, and the test suite rigor;
coordinate red-lines to BPIs and LWIs; conduct UAT regression and
enhancement testing; and deliver release training. This person will
also embody a Lean-Agile mindset and support SAFe adoption and
Boeing practices. Position Responsibilities: Collaborate with the
Product Owner to create and refine user stories and define clear
acceptance criteria. Participate in PI Planning; contribute to
iteration plans and team PI objectives. Develop and commit to team
PI objectives and iteration goals. Ensure development outputs and
acceptance tests reflect desired functionality; write documentation
to request coding/recoding as needed. Manage and maintain PACE
documentation, including updates to the PACE user guide and
red-lining BPIs and LWIs in coordination with document owners.
Conduct research, design, prototyping, and other exploration
activities to de-risk features and validate approaches. Work with
developers to ensure high-quality builds and component solutions.
Create, maintain, and vet acceptance test cases in collaboration
with PACE/IT; own quarterly UAT regression and enhancement testing
in collaboration with your Product Owner. Plan and deliver release
training for end users and stakeholders. Drive continuous
improvement of team processes. Communicate and coordinate
completion of delivery goals with management and report progress
against deadlines. Identify and administrate new risk items for the
Customer Engineering (CE) team and collaborate with impacted
parties to mitigate and resolve risks. This position is expected to
be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work
on-site at one of the listed location options. Basic Qualifications
(Required Skills/Experience): Bachelor of Science degree from an
accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology
(includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry,
physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science Familiarity
with agile software development practices; experience working in
SAFe environments is strongly preferred. Strong documentation
skills — experience authoring and maintaining user guides, BPIs,
and LWIs. Experience designing, maintaining, and executing
acceptance and regression test suites (UAT experience preferred).
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with Product Owners,
developers, and cross-functional stakeholders. Excellent
communication and coordination skills; ability to present status
and risks to management. Ability to drive continuous process
improvement and act as an agile coach/champion within the team and
org. Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience with customer engineering processes and tools. Prior
experience with PACE or configurator. Hands-on experience with test
management tools and automation frameworks. Experience
participating in PI planning, iteration planning, and meeting PI
objectives. Relevant certifications (e.g., SAFe Agilist, Certified
Scrum Product Owner). Successful candidates for this job must

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well
as market and business considerations. Summary Pay Range (Level 3):
$106,250 - $143,750 Summary Pay Range (Level 4): $130,900 -
