nation. Sono Bello is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to
lead the cross-functional execution of strategic initiatives across
the organization. As a key member of the Project Management Office,
this role guides projects from concept through rollout and scale,
ensuring alignment, accountability, and operational excellence.
This position will initially focus on Finance-driven initiatives
while also supporting projects across Field Operations, Sales, IT,
Marketing, Supply Chain, Legal, and other departments. Because Sono
Bello is a fast-growing organization undergoing ongoing
transformation, success in this role requires strong change
management skills, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to
build trust with teams who may be resistant to change. The ideal
candidate is organized, solution-oriented, empathetic, and thrives
in collaborative, fast-paced environments. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead project planning, execution, and monitoring
for cross-functional initiatives, including development of
timelines, milestones, and KPIs. Serve as the central point of
coordination between project teams to ensure alignment,
accountability, and timely delivery. Partner with executive
sponsors of many functions, like finance, marketing, and
operations, to drive the development of reporting enhancements and
tools that support data-driven decisions in project execution from
simple to complex. Apply effective change management strategies,
including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and
readiness assessments, to increase adoption and minimize
resistance. Build strong working relationships across departments,
demonstrating empathy, credibility, and the ability to influence
without authority. Identify risks, dependencies, and resource
needs; develop contingency plans and escalate issues as needed.
Gather, analyze, and report on data to inform decision-making and
measure project outcomes. Establish mechanisms to track adoption,
performance, and long-term scalability of implemented processes.
Facilitate effective project meetings, maintain clear
documentation, and ensure continuous stakeholder alignment
throughout the project lifecycle. Provide regular updates to senior
leadership and project sponsors. Identify opportunities for process
improvement and operational efficiency across functions. Support
other PMO-led initiatives as organizational priorities evolve.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree; PMP, CAPM, or
other change management certification preferred. 3–5 years of
experience in project management, business operations, or leading
cross-functional initiatives. Demonstrated experience guiding
organizational change and driving adoption of new processes or
systems. Strong proficiency in Smartsheet and the Microsoft Office
suite. Experience in healthcare, retail, or service-based
industries is a plus. Ability to quickly learn new systems, tools,
and business processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving
skills, including comfort with financial and operational data.
QUALIFICATIONS: High emotional intelligence with the ability to
read a room, build trust, and tailor communication styles to
different stakeholders. Strong change management capabilities,
including the ability to anticipate resistance, influence without
authority, and guide teams through transition. Strategic thinker
with the ability to execute tactically and maintain attention to
detail. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage
multiple priorities. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability
to collaborate effectively across departments. Effective written
and verbal communication skills, including preparing and delivering
presentations to executive audiences. Comfortable navigating
ambiguity and driving clarity in fast-paced environments.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Work onsite at the Corporate Office in Bellevue,
WA for a minimum of 3 days a week. May work in remote office
locations on Wednesdays and Fridays. COMPENSATION: At Sono Bello,
we believe that our team members are the keys to our success. The
compensation range for this role is $75,000 - $95,000, depending on

PTO & Paid Holidays Compensation Range $75,000—$95,000 USD Pay may
vary by location, and actual compensation depends on factors like
qualifications, experience, skills, and business needs. Sono Bello
