Job Description:
Amazon Games is seeking a Principal Product Manager – Technical
to strengthen how games connect across Amazon’s ecosystem and build
scalable, repeatable integration strategies that drive customer
growth. In this role, you will drive strategic initiatives that
shape how games surface across Amazon. Example projects may include
helping to define the games long-term roadmap, identifying
high-impact entry points, improving discovery and access, and
creating seamless cross-entertainment experiences. This role
operates at the intersection of multiple Amazon organizations,
including Fire TV, Prime, and Prime Video. You will work across
these teams to unlock synergies, align priorities, and establish
scalable mechanisms for collaboration. The ideal candidate has a
mix of strategy, product, and business development skills and can
translate broad, ambiguous opportunities into clear product
direction and execution. They are comfortable navigating
organizational complexity, building alignment where none exists
today, and creating systems that scale. They understand that
success is not defined by individual launches, but by building a
repeatable flywheel that compounds. Key job responsibilities -
Identify and prioritize high-impact integration and partnership
opportunities across Amazon to expand reach and engagement for
games - Define and drive flywheel strategy and roadmap, translating
broad opportunities into clear, executable initiatives - Influence
and shape business strategy through data-driven insights that
balance customer needs with long-term business impact - Serve as a
trusted advisor to senior leadership, particularly in ambiguous or
emerging areas where strategy is still being formed - Establish and
own cross-org mechanisms (e.g., QBRs, roadmap reviews, goal
alignment) to drive visibility, accountability, and execution
across teams - Build and manage strong partnerships across Amazon,
aligning incentives and driving shared outcomes with partner teams
- Identify, synthesize, and apply emerging trends in gaming, media,
and technology to inform product direction About the team Amazon
Luna is a cloud gaming service that makes it easy for anyone to
play high-quality games on the devices they already own—including
Fire TV and tablet devices, smartphones, tablets, web browsers,
select smart televisions from LG and Samsung, and morewith no need
to purchase new gaming consoles or equipment. Luna brings more than
50 games to Prime members at no additional cost, including
GameNight, an evolving collection of more than 25 approachable,
local multiplayer games designed to bring friends and family
together in the living room. To play GameNight titles, simply scan
a QR code on your TV and your smartphone becomes your controller.
With simple and responsive touchscreen inputs and support for
multiple local players, GameNight offers and easy and approachable
way to play whether you’re an experienced gamer of a casual fan. -
8 years of product or program management, product marketing,
business development or technology experience - Bachelor's degree -
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product -
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition -
Experience with end to end product delivery - Experience
contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions
and strategy related to a product - Experience technical product
management - Experience working directly with Engineers on product
enhancements - Experience in project management methodologies,
business analysis, or process improvement - 8 years of Games
Industry (supporting title Development, Release, or Live Ops)
experience, or a MBA and 5 years of working cross functionally with

this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include
sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final
compensation will be determined based on factors including
experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers
