FEHA Senior Employment Attorney - FEHA Position Overview We are
seeking a highly experienced Senior Employment Attorney with
expertise in the Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA) to join our
dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong
background in employment law, specifically in matters related to
discrimination and labor issues, and a proven track record of
litigation experience. This position involves providing legal
counsel, representing clients, and ensuring compliance with
employment laws while advocating for employee rights. Key
Responsibilities - Provide expert legal advice on employment law
issues, including FEHA compliance and litigation. - Represent
clients in employment-related disputes, including discrimination
claims and labor violations. - Draft and review legal documents,
including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements. - Conduct
legal research and stay updated on changes in employment law and
regulations. - Advocate for clients in administrative hearings and
court proceedings. - Collaborate with clients to develop effective
legal strategies and solutions. - Educate clients on their rights
and obligations under employment law. Qualifications - Juris Doctor
(JD) degree from an accredited law school. - Active California
State Bar license. - Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in
employment law with a focus on FEHA. - Proven litigation experience
in employment law cases, including plaintiff representation. -
Strong knowledge of employment-related regulations, including
discrimination, labor, and harassment laws. - Excellent analytical,
research, and writing skills. - Ability to communicate effectively
with clients and colleagues. - For this position, you must be
currently authorized to work in the United States without the need
