Product Specialist (Mid-Level or Senior) Company: The Boeing
Company Boeing Supply Chain Information Digital Technology &
Security (IDT&S) is seeking a Product Specialist (Mid-Level or
Senior) to lead and support Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA)
supply chain Warehousing and Logistics products in Renton, WA;
Everett, WA; or Seattle, WA. The Product Specialist needs to
collaborate with business and product stakeholders to define and
document the ‘business need’ into clear and precise requirements
with testable acceptance criteria. The role then partners with the
IT Delivery organization to deliver a solution that meets the
business needs. Position Responsibilities: Leads efforts to define
and document detailed business requirements Learns warehouse
fulfillment and supply chain logistics business flows, processes
and products Facilitates regular requirement gathering and design
sessions with the business product owners/users and communicates
expectations to the IT development team Uses a variety of
techniques such as interviews, document analysis, requirements
workshops, storyboards, site visits, use cases, scenarios and
business process flows Negotiates solutions that satisfy
requirements and deliver business value while ensuring consistency
and security standards Identifies process improvement opportunities
by reviewing existing processes and data Uses a variety of
techniques to document and map complex business processes to ensure
requirements are clear to help deploy the right solution with first
time quality (ie. epic/capability/feature/user story, Unified
Modeling Language (UML) models) Ensures requirements are testable
and traceable Partners with the IT delivery team throughout the
project to ensure expectations are met Serves as liaison between
the business product team and the IT delivery team to resolve any
issues Develops and executes test cases to validate the
requirements Works to develop strong relationships with business
customers, IT, Infrastructure, vendors and partners Monitors
project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems;
publishing progress reports; recommending actions and escalations
as needed Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 3
years of experience in business requirements and analysis on teams
and projects that involve cross-functional and/or cross-business
domains with management interface Experience capturing product
requirements with a clear focus on real business needs and
delivering measurable value Experience creating diagrams and
workflows Experience with Scaled Agile Framework or Agile
Methodologies Experience with Supply Chain Preferred Qualifications
(Desired Skills/Experience): 5 or more years' related work
experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Bachelor’s degree: Computer Science, Engineering, Business
Management, or related Experience with Manhattan Associates
Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and/or similar WMS packages
Experience working across broad processes and architectural
landscapes Experience with organization skills to effectively work
in cross-functional, multi-level environment with shifting

$152,950 Summary pay range for Senior: $138,550 - $187,450 Language
